Built for local business owners, by people who get it

We spent a decade in the restaurant industry, saw every independent local business hit the same marketing wall, and built the tool we wished had existed all along.

Our mission

Help UK local businesses compete with the chains, without an agency

Big chains have entire teams dedicated to social media, local SEO, and promotions. They have the budgets to test, iterate, and stay visible all year round. Independent local businesses do not. That gap has been widening for years, and most of the tools that promise to close it are built for marketers, not for the person in the middle of a café's morning rush, a salon's fully booked Saturday, a florist's Valentine's week, or a restaurant's Sunday service.

AI is changing that. The same technology that powers enterprise marketing platforms can now help a single person deliver the output of an entire team (writing posts, tracking competitors, managing promotions, and staying visible online) in minutes rather than hours. Local Brand Hub puts that power into a simple interface that fits around your working day, not the other way round.

The problem we solve

Marketing is broken for independent local businesses

The same four problems come up again and again for independent owners, whatever kind of business they run.

No time for marketing

Local business owners work long days, six days a week. Marketing always falls to the bottom of the list because there is always something more urgent: a morning rush, a full appointment book, a wedding order that cannot wait.

Can't afford agencies

Marketing agencies charge between 500 and 2,000 pounds a month. For most independent businesses, that is a full-time employee or a month of stock.

Jargon-heavy tools

Existing marketing platforms are built for marketers, not local business owners. Terms like "CTR", "impressions", and "schema markup" confuse more than they help.

Inconsistent posting

Without a system, weeks go by without a single post. Momentum disappears, followers stop engaging, and the algorithm stops showing your content.

Our values

What guides every decision we make

Simplicity first

If an owner cannot figure it out in the five minutes before opening, we have failed. Every screen, every button, and every word is designed for people who are busy running a business, not managing software.

Latest tech, real impact

We use the latest AI so that a single person can do the work of an entire marketing team. The technology should multiply your effort, not add to it.

Plain English always

No jargon. No acronyms without explanation. If something sounds like it belongs in a marketing textbook, we rewrite it until it sounds like advice from a friend.

Our story

From restaurant floors to tools for every local business

2015-2024

A decade in restaurant tech

Years spent working inside the restaurant industry, learning how kitchens run, what owners actually worry about, and where technology helps versus where it gets in the way.

Alongside

Learning the other side

While working in restaurants, a parallel path in marketing and technology. Learning how the big chains used digital tools to fill tables and build loyalty, and realising that the same tools were out of reach for independents.

August 2025

Development begins

Local Brand Hub started as a question: what if any independent local business (a restaurant, a salon, a coffee shop, a florist) could get the same marketing output as a chain, without the team or the budget? Development started with a single prototype and a clear rule: if it is not simple enough to use on your busiest day, it does not ship.

2026

Launch

After months of building, testing, and refining with early testers, Local Brand Hub is ready. A natural combination of restaurant knowledge, marketing expertise, and modern AI: built for every kind of independent local business, and packaged into a tool that fits around your day.
