Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Local Brand Hub (the “Service”), operated by Matthew 10:16 Ltd, trading as Local Brand Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service, including the website at localbrandhub.com and the application at app.localbrandhub.com.

2. Service Description

Local Brand Hub is a marketing platform designed for UK restaurants and local businesses. The Service provides tools including:

• Social media post generation and scheduling
• Menu and promotion management
• Local SEO visibility tools
• Competitor tracking and intelligence
• Seasonal campaign templates
• Weekly marketing intelligence reports

Features available to you depend on your subscription tier (Free, Standard, or Growth). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no charge. Usage limits apply (e.g. 4 posts per month, 1 promotion per month, 5 menu items). We may change Free plan limits with notice.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions (Standard at £24.99/month, Growth at £49.99/month) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal

Founder pricing

Founder Tier 2 pricing (£34.99/month) is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription, provided the subscription remains active. If cancelled and reactivated, standard pricing applies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or business
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Matthew 10:16 Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service (business information, social media posts, menu items, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Service.

AI-generated content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@localbrandhub.com.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding fees remain due

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
