Free trial & money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no payment details are needed to start one, and you won't be charged unless you choose to continue by adding a card.
Paid plans also come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for that plan and we'll refund it in full. If you pay annually and later cancel, we'll refund the unused portion of your annual fee. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade Plan and choose your new plan
- Enter your payment details and confirm
Your new features are available immediately.
Cancelling your plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- After that, you move back to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved — you won't lose anything
- You can upgrade again at any time to restore access
Changing your payment method
Go to Settings → Subscription and click Manage Billing to update your card in the secure Stripe portal.
When am I charged?
On the same date each month as your sign-up — for example, if you started on the 15th, you're billed on the 15th. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Founder pricing
The first 100 Growth subscribers become Founders and get all Growth features at £34.99/month (30% off the regular £49.99), plus a Founder badge and early access to new features.
Your Founder price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active, even when we raise prices later. If you cancel and rejoin afterwards, standard pricing applies. You can check your status under Settings → Subscription.
