Local Brand Hub comes in three plans: Free, Standard (£24.99/month) and Growth (£49.99/month). Each plan includes everything in the one below it. For the at-a-glance comparison, see the plans table or the pricing page.
Free plan
The Free plan is perfect for getting started. It includes:
Social posts (4 per month)
Create engaging social content for your business. Go to Social Posts, click Create Post, choose a platform (Instagram, Facebook or X), then write your own copy or click Generate with AI. Save it as a draft.
Promotions (1 per month)
Create special offers to attract customers. Go to Products → Promotions, click Create Promotion, pick a type (happy hour, buy-one-get-one, a fixed £ or % discount, or a free item with purchase), set your dates and terms, then activate it.
Products (up to 5)
Showcase what you sell: products, services, treatments, drinks or dishes. Go to Products, click Add Product and fill in the name, description, price, category and a photo (recommended). On the Free plan you can add up to 5; paid plans are unlimited.
Photos (up to 10)
Build a visual library. For photos that convert:
- Use natural lighting where you can
- Shoot your products clearly and up close
- Include a few atmosphere shots of your space
- Keep backgrounds clean and uncluttered
Content calendar
Plan your content visually. Go to Social Posts → Calendar to see your week or month at a glance and save draft posts on the days you want to post. Aim for 3-5 posts a week and mix content types (product shots, behind-the-scenes, promotions). Scheduling a post to publish on a set date is a Standard feature (see below).
Local Rank Map (3x3 grid, monthly)
See where you rank on Google Maps, street by street. Go to Local SEO → Local Rank Map, pick the search term customers use, and we check it from a 3x3 grid of points around your business - each pin shows your position there and the top 10 businesses ranking at that spot. Free includes one scan a month.
Standard plan (£24.99/month)
Everything in Free, plus:
Unlimited social posts
Create as many posts as you need: no monthly limit.
Post scheduler
Schedule posts for the perfect time: create your post, click Schedule, then pick a date and time.
Please note: we don't post directly to your social accounts. When your scheduled time arrives, we send you a reminder to post manually. This keeps full control, and your account security, with you.
Basic visibility score
See how visible your business is online with a simple 0-100 score, made up of your Google Business Profile completeness (30 points), reviews (40), photos (20) and activity (10). Open Local SEO to see your breakdown and follow the recommendations.
Bigger Local Rank Map (5x5 grid, monthly)
Your rank map covers a wider area: a 5x5 grid of scan points instead of 3x3, still one scan a month.
Weekly email reports
Every Monday you'll get a summary of your week: posts created, promotions running, product updates and visibility changes. Toggle it on or off under Settings → Notifications.
Growth plan (£49.99/month)
Everything in Standard, plus powerful competitive tools:
Competitor intelligence
Track up to 5 local competitors. Go to Competitors, click Add Competitor, search for their business and track them. You'll see their Google rating and review count, a side-by-side comparison, changes over time, and alerts when they make changes.
Keyword ranking
Track how you rank for up to 10 local search terms. Good keywords describe what you offer plus where you are, for example:
- “plumber in Bromley” (what you offer plus your area)
- “best coffee near Clapham Junction” (a product plus a landmark)
- “wedding photographer Walthamstow” (your speciality plus your town or nearest station)
Positions 1-3 are excellent (top of Google Maps), 4-10 are on the first page, and anything past 20 needs attention.
Local Rank Map, weekly (up to 11x11)
Scan a grid of up to 11x11 points and re-scan weekly, so you can watch your coverage respond to the work you put in. You can also re-centre a scan anywhere within 30 km of your listing - useful for service-area businesses that work a patch rather than a premises.
Business details check (NAP audit)
Check that the name, address and phone number on your Google Business Profile match the details you hold. Google trusts businesses whose details agree everywhere, so a mismatch can hurt your ranking. Go to Local SEO → Visibility Tools → Business details and click Run the check.
We check Google only: it is the listing that matters most, and we never guess at the others. For Yelp, TripAdvisor, Bing, Apple, Yell, Checkatrade and the rest, the Directory listings card on the Local SEO page links straight to each claim page so you can check and fix them by hand.
Website check (schema audit)
Check whether your website has the structured data search engines look for. Add your website address to your Business Profile, then go to Local SEO → Visibility Tools → Your website and click Check my website. We scan for LocalBusiness schema, the right business-type schema for your industry, product and review markup, then flag anything missing. We keep your latest result, so re-run the check whenever you change your site.
Enhanced visibility score
On Growth, your 100-point score is re-weighted to include NAP consistency, schema markup and keyword rankings alongside your Google profile and reviews: a fuller picture of your local visibility.
Seasonal campaign library
Browse ready-made campaigns for holidays and seasons across six industries: you'll see the ones written for your type of business. Each campaign bundles social post templates, promotion ideas and product suggestions.
- Christmas & New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter
- Mother's Day & Father's Day, summer specials
- Halloween & Bonfire Night, bank holidays
- Sporting events (Six Nations, Wimbledon and more)
Check the “Timely Right Now” section for current-season ideas, activate a couple of weeks before the event, and customise the templates with your business's voice.
Enhanced weekly reports
Growth reports add a competitor summary, keyword ranking changes, NAP status and active-campaign progress.
