Getting started

Three quick steps to get set up after you sign up.

Welcome to Local Brand Hub. You can be up and running in a few minutes — here's what to do first.

1. Complete your business profile

Head to your profile and add the basics so customers can find you:

  • Your business name, address and phone number
  • Your logo and a cover photo
  • Your opening hours

Getting these right also feeds your visibility score, so it's worth doing carefully.

2. Add your products

Add what you sell — products, services, treatments, drinks or dishes, whatever fits your business:

  • Go to Products in the sidebar
  • Click Add Product
  • Include photos, prices and short descriptions

3. Create your first social post

  • Go to Social Posts in the sidebar
  • Click Create Post
  • Choose a platform (Instagram, Facebook or X)
  • Write your own copy, or click Generate with AI for a ready-made draft you can tweak
  • Save it as a draft or schedule it for later
