General

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data. Your social media accounts are never connected directly — you post manually from the drafts we prepare.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever, and every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. You can also click Try Demo on any page to explore the features with sample data.

Do you post directly to my social media?

No. We generate content and remind you when to post, but you keep full control of your accounts.

Billing

When am I charged?

On the same date each month as your sign-up. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you are charged on the 15th.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact us within 30 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund it in full. You can also cancel at any time and keep access until your current billing period ends.

Is VAT included?

Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Features

Why can’t I add more products?

The Free plan is limited to 5 products. Upgrade to Standard or Growth for unlimited products.

My visibility score seems low — how do I improve it?

Check the recommendations on your Visibility page. Common wins: add more photos to Google, respond to reviews, and fully complete your business profile.

How often are competitor and keyword data updated?

Daily at 2 AM GMT. We batch-process all Growth plan data overnight.

Can I track more than 5 competitors or 10 keywords?

Not currently. These limits let us provide accurate data at a reasonable price.

Account

How do I change my email address?

Go to Settings → Account to update your email.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us and we will remove your account within 48 hours.

Can I have multiple businesses on one account?

Currently each account is for one business. Contact us if you have multiple locations.
